Head of Business Solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and implementation of Business Solutions Department’s strategy and roadmap to support alignment with SAIP’s strategy.
• Establish Business Solutions Department's plans and provide input to Information Technology Directorate’s goals that support SAIP’s overall strategic plans.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify Business Solutions Department’s required projects to meet future business demands.
• Lead and drive the achievement of Business Solutions Department's strategy, objectives and KPIs within the accountabilities of the department.
• Develop regular reports on Department’s progress and outputs to be shared with relevant stakeholders in line with reporting requirements.
• Identify, assess and recruit key talent for Business Solutions Department
• Manage and assist subordinates to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
• Guide, mentor and develop the Business Solutions Department’s team as part of their continuous development through on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching.
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate and appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance.
• Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to team goals and guide team.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in business solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is required / master’s degree in information technology or equivalent is preferred.
