JOB PURPOSE
The Head of Service Delivery Department is responsible to manage the long-term strategy, budget, and IT services in order to support SAIP’s overall strategy and meet its internal and external users’ needs within appropriate service level agreements (SLAs).
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferable in Computer Science field.
