Head of Alternative Dispute Resolution Department

The Head of Alternative Dispute Resolution Department is responsible to develop and manage internal mediation
and arbitration mechanisms, as well as setting rules and regulations for the functioning of these mechanisms and developing department framework to collect research needs related to IP Dispute Affairs, related laws and policies, the job holder is also responsible for supporting in guiding the execution of studies to meet these needs and enable the committees in taking right judgments. 

Knowledge and Experience

• 7 years of experience preferable in legal/committees management field, with experience in a managerial position

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferable in Law or equivalent.
• Master’s degree is preferred, preferable in Law or equivalent.
