Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures.
- Develop/update checklists and tools to direct employees in the implementation of new/updated services.
- Define services’ KPIs ensuring alignment with SAIP overall objectives and targets.
- Coordinate with service providers (i.e. IP clinics, IP service providers, etc.) for the delivery of training related to newly introduced services.
- Coordinate with corporate communications function for the marketing of newly introduced services to ensure proper outreach.
- Develop and update FAQs related to IP services based on feedback/complaints and communicate new updates and newly introduced FAQs to concerned parties.
- Coordinate with contact center for the update of scripts based on feedback and identified gaps and ensure proper implementation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in quality management field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
