Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and update training needs assessment templates and guidelines and communicate with internal and external parties ensuring proper data collection.
- Identify priority training programs based on employee's performance results, prioritized training needs and number of employees subject to training and extract priority training programs.
- Conduct analysis on global IP trends, review upcoming IP national priorities, develop list of training needs supporting KSA development in IP sector, prioritize and consolidate all key training needs.
- Develop criteria for the categorization of critical and important training needs, apply criteria and communicate with Head of Department to define preliminary yearly training plan.
- Develop training objectives and outcomes for each training based on training plan and identify need to develop new trainings.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in training management field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
