Job Description
Handle all activities related to fixed assets registration including asset lifecycle.
Regularly check the fixed assets inventory in order to identify discrepancies.
Draft fixed assets related reports as per pre-set requirements (i.e. significant changes such as relocation, transfer of ownership, disposal, etc.).
Perform technical review of asset disposal and provide feedback of disposal decision.
Monitor and review all asset requests ensuring purchases are in accordance with the department policy.
Coordinate disposal of surplus assets ensuring proper documentation is on file and assets are disposed of appropriately.
Prepare and distribute inventory verification reports for an annual inventory audit report.
Maintain a computerized database of all assets.
